Confidentiality

Although our sessions will be confidential, I reserve the right to break confidentiality in the following circumstances.

During supervision where content of our sessions is discussed, however you will remain anonymous.

Information that appears to indicate a threat to your own/other’s life, and serious crime. (for example; terrorism, money laundering, FGM). Information would be disclosed to the relevant authority.

Disclosures relating to the Child Protection Act.

Wherever possible all disclosures will be discussed with you first.

GDPR I will only keep your contact details for as long as we work together at which point they will be deleted. I am registered with the Independent Commissioners Office.
